Spark Digital Trading is looking for an experienced candidate to join our London-based crypto trading firm as we scale up and expand our growing operation. The primary responsibilities in this new role will be operating and monitoring our algorithmic trading systems during nights and occasional weekends, as well as maintaining and improving our software infrastructure.

After an initial training period, the job can be fully remote, with opportunities to visit our London office in Marylebone if desired. Compensation will exceed market average.
In general, we are looking for 10+ years of software experience. Good knowledge of Python is a plus. Prior crypto or trading experience is not required and can be learned on the job. We are happy to consider candidates who have never worked in the finance industry before.
