Spark Digital Trading is seeking a Quantitative Strategist to invent and implement cutting-edge systematic strategies for our London-based crypto trading operation.
This is an alpha-generating role. We expect candidates to bring their own quantitative strategy for trading digital assets. A candidate who provides a description of their cryptocurrency strategy will have an advantage in our evaluation process. A live trading track record is not required, but you should be ready to discuss your idea. Do not submit anything that is confidential or proprietary.
The best candidate will have good software skills and be able to handle the full process from idea to live trading on their own. They will also demonstrate creative promise in their ability to continue to invent new strategies. We will provide infrastructure and capital to our crypto hire, we expect you to bring ideas that you will be able to implement with our support. You may use our existing execution facility or develop your own.
The Quantitative Strategist opportunity is located in our London office in Marylebone but does not require in-office presence every day. You will have significant flexibility in setting your own hours. We are able to sponsor eligible candidates for Skilled Worker visas. Compensation will exceed market average and includes profit-sharing.
